We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our properties in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, facilities maintenance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all properties within the Aerospace and Defense sector in Dubai.
- Develop and implement property maintenance programs to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage a team of property maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Develop and manage property budgets and ensure all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement property improvement projects to enhance the functionality and appearance of the facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations and support for property-related initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure best practices are implemented in property operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
