We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Operations Program Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property operations management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property operations programs and strategies to ensure efficient and effective management of construction projects
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations
- Manage and track budgeting and financial reporting for property operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication between all stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Analyze and optimize property operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide leadership and guidance to property operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve property operations programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property operations management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
