Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Prosthodontist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the consumer goods sector. This role requires a strong focus on dental restoration and rehabilitation, with an emphasis on providing quality care to our clientele. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through advanced dental solutions and will have a proven track record of excellence in prosthodontics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' needs for prosthetic treatment, including oral health evaluations and diagnostic imaging.

- Treatment Planning: Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that align with patients' needs and expectations, ensuring optimal outcomes.

- Prosthetic Fabrication: Design, fabricate, and fit prosthodontic appliances, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants, utilizing advanced materials and techniques.

- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and the proper care of prosthetic devices to ensure longevity and functionality.

- Collaboration: Work closely with dental technicians, oral surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and ensure seamless integration of prosthetic solutions.

- Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prosthodontics and dental materials, and contribute to the development of innovative products within the consumer goods sector.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of clinical practice, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and adhering to ethical guidelines.

- Customer Relations: Provide exemplary patient service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Advanced education and certification in Prosthodontics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical prosthodontic setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, prosthetic techniques, and digital dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the consumer goods industry related to dental products or services.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing in prosthodontics.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Arabic and English, are a plus.
