Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Psychiatric Aide Assistant. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to psychiatric aides in caring for patients with mental health disorders. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, observing and reporting on patient behavior, and providing emotional support to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist psychiatric aides in providing care to patients with mental health disorders
- Help patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and grooming
- Observe and report any changes in patient behavior to the psychiatric team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist with organizing and participating in recreational activities for patients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
