We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Aide Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to psychiatric aides in a pharmaceutical setting, assisting in the care and treatment of patients with mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist psychiatric aides in providing care and support to patients with mental health disorders
- Monitor patients and report any changes in behavior or condition to the healthcare team
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of mental health

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients with mental health disorders
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Certification as a psychiatric aide assistant
- Fluency in Arabic and English
