We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Assistant to join our pharmaceutical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients with psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist psychiatric nurses in providing care and support to patients with mental health disorders
- Monitor and observe patients' behavior and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients undergoing treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Registered Nurse license in Dubai
- Previous experience working in a psychiatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management
