We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Policy Analyst to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public policy analysis, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and its regulatory environment in the UAE and Middle East region.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on public policy issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai and the wider region
- Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments related to healthcare and pharmaceuticals
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders on policy implications and potential advocacy opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other key stakeholders
- Draft policy briefs, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support advocacy efforts and engage in policy discussions with relevant stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in the pharmaceutical sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, public health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in public policy analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of healthcare policy, regulatory frameworks, and government processes in Dubai and the Middle East region
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
