We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Publishing Coordinator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong background in publishing and content coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the publication of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure all materials are produced accurately and on schedule
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials to various channels, including online platforms and print publications
- Maintain a database of all published materials and track their performance
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into publishing strategies
- Assist in the development of content strategies and campaigns to promote our real estate offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- [X] years of experience in publishing, content coordination, or a related field
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and publishing software
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
