We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Quality Control Inspector Assistant, you will work closely with the Quality Control Inspector to ensure that construction projects meet the necessary quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Control Inspector in conducting inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Perform visual inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify any defects or issues
- Collect and analyze data to track quality control metrics and trends
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
- Communicate with construction teams to address any quality control concerns and provide guidance on best practices
- Prepare reports documenting inspection findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve quality control issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in construction quality control
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
