Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector Assistant to join our dynamic Quality Control team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Support the Quality Control Inspector in the preparation and maintenance of quality control documentation, including reports, logs, and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging to identify defects or inconsistencies and report findings to the Quality Control Inspector.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to conduct stability studies and participate in product sampling as directed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and testing areas to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Assist with the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, quality control standards, and best practices to enhance quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing methods and equipment used in quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with quality management software is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials and equipment.
- The role may involve exposure to chemicals and biological materials; appropriate safety measures and personal protective equipment will be provided and must be adhered to.
