We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards before they are released to the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Performing quality tests and measurements using various tools and equipment
- Documenting and reporting any quality issues or deviations from standards
- Collaborating with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols
- Assisting in the development of new quality control processes and procedures
- Training production staff on quality control best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma or certification in Quality Control or a related field
