We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Program Manager to join our Real Estate team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and project management within the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Lead and facilitate quality improvement projects, including process redesign, training programs, and performance management initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members on quality improvement methodologies and tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality management practices and regulatory requirements within the Real Estate industry.
- Prepare and present reports on quality improvement initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or project management within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
