We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Program Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance overall operational efficiency within the organization
- Analyze current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for further enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality improvement efforts
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of quality improvement programs
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and impact of quality improvement initiatives
- Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in quality improvement to drive continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in quality improvement or process improvement roles within the Financial Services industry
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Certification in quality improvement (e.g. Six Sigma) is a plus
