We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapy Technician to join our team in Sharjah. As a Radiation Therapy Technician, you will be responsible for administering radiation therapy treatments to patients in a safe and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for radiation therapy treatments
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment
- Monitor and document patient reactions to treatment
- Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on radiation therapy procedures and potential side effects
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with radiation therapy protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment schedules
- Stay current on advances in radiation therapy technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Certification in Radiation Therapy
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
