We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Radiology Aide to join our team in Dubai. As a Radiology Aide, you will be responsible for assisting radiology technicians and radiologists in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for radiology procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions they may have
- Assist radiology technicians with positioning patients for imaging procedures
- Ensure the imaging equipment is clean and in working order
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and updating patient information
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
