Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Radiology Aide to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting radiologists and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist radiologists and technicians in preparing patients for imaging procedures, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
- Maintain and manage patient records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and clean radiology equipment, ensuring that all tools and machines are in proper working order.
- Assist in the positioning of patients for x-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Educate patients about the imaging process, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely imaging services.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials used in the radiology department.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in handling radiology equipment and patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in radiology and patient care.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare or radiology preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiology or a related field.
- Familiarity with radiology equipment and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable in a clinical environment with exposure to radiology equipment.
