Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Location: Dubai, Agriculture Sector
We are currently seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, assisting with property management, and ensuring smooth operations within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property listings and marketing materials
- Coordinate showings and open houses
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Manage and update property databases and files
- Prepare and process real estate documents and contracts
- Assist with property inspections and maintenance
- Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers or tenants
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Support the real estate team with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
