Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Appraiser to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate valuation principles and practices, particularly as they apply to properties related to energy production, renewable resources, and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough property appraisals to determine fair market value for a variety of real estate assets, including commercial properties, industrial sites, and renewable energy facilities.
- Analyze market trends, property data, and economic indicators to support valuation conclusions.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and energy sector professionals to gather relevant information and insights for accurate appraisals.
- Conduct site visits to assess property conditions, collect data on property features, and evaluate surrounding environments.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, regulations, and market trends specific to the energy sector in Sharjah and the wider UAE.
- Provide expert advice and consultation regarding property values, investment potential, and market conditions to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving valuation disputes and provide expert testimony when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of appraisals, methodologies, and calculations for review and compliance purposes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders to foster business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate appraisal, with a focus on energy-related properties preferred.
- Valid certification or licensing as a real estate appraiser in the UAE.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies and appraisal standards.
- Proficient in using appraisal software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the energy sector, including renewable energy sources and infrastructure, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
