Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate development and a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and management of all aspects of real estate development projects, from initial planning stages to final completion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Assist with negotiations and contract management for land acquisition, construction, and leasing agreements
- Support the team in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for development projects
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for potential investors and partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in real estate development or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
