We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Worker to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Recreation Worker will be responsible for organizing and coordinating recreational activities for residents within our residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate recreational activities such as sports tournaments, fitness classes, arts and crafts workshops, and social events for residents
- Collaborate with property management team to promote and advertise recreational programs and events
- Maintain recreational facilities and equipment to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition
- Develop and implement new recreational programs based on resident feedback and interests
- Assist in coordinating special events and community outings
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and ensure their satisfaction with recreational programs
- Maintain accurate records and reports on participation and feedback from residents

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in recreation, event planning, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of recreational activities and programming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
