Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recycling Coordinator to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Recycling Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all recycling initiatives within our organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and environmental conservation, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recycling programs to reduce waste and promote sustainability within the organization
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish recycling goals and targets
- Monitor and track recycling metrics, including waste diversion rates and cost savings
- Conduct regular audits of recycling processes and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors and recycling facilities for waste collection and disposal
- Educate staff on proper recycling practices and provide training as needed
- Stay current on local recycling regulations and ensure compliance
- Prepare reports and presentations on recycling initiatives for management review
- Assist with the development of sustainability initiatives and environmental policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Logistics, or related field
