We are seeking a dedicated and environmentally conscious Recycling Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Recycling Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing recycling programs within our financial services organization to promote sustainability and reduce our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recycling program for the organization, including waste segregation, collection, and disposal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote recycling initiatives and educate employees on best practices for waste reduction.
- Monitor and track recycling metrics and waste diversion rates to assess the effectiveness of the recycling program.
- Coordinate with external vendors and recycling partners to ensure proper disposal and recycling of waste materials.
- Stay up-to-date on local recycling regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of recycling programs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of recycling practices within the organization to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental sustainability.
- Strong knowledge of recycling practices and waste reduction strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local recycling regulations and industry standards.
