We are seeking a passionate and environmentally conscious Recycling Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Recycling Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recycling programs within our retail establishment to minimize waste and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recycling programs to reduce waste and increase recycling rates within the retail establishment.
- Monitor and track recycling efforts to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and waste management companies to establish effective recycling partnerships.
- Educate staff and customers on the importance of recycling and provide guidance on proper recycling practices.
- Conduct regular waste audits and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and implement innovative recycling initiatives to enhance sustainability efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recycling activities and progress towards recycling goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recycling and sustainability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
