We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the telecommunications industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the region
- Manage and motivate a team of sales and operations staff to meet and exceed performance targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance and market trends to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
