Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple facilities. The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate all manufacturing activities across the region, ensuring efficient and effective operations in line with company objectives.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to meet operational targets.

- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies that align with corporate goals and drive growth in the manufacturing sector.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve high performance and engagement levels.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.

- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards across manufacturing processes.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain product integrity and reduce defects.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple manufacturing sites and leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
