We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
