We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze regulatory requirements related to Real Estate in Al Ain.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the Real Estate industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and requests for information.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory trends and developments in the Real Estate industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the Real Estate industry in Al Ain.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
