We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of regulatory compliance operations within our financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies and programs to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and updates, and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, risk management, and operations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address compliance issues and gaps.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, and coordinate responses as needed.
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and external partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance operations within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Professional certifications in compliance or related field is a plus.
