We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance within the transportation and logistics industry, with a proven track record of implementing and managing compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs and policies in alignment with local and international regulations within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and updates, ensuring that the organization remains in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, legal, and risk management teams, to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead training initiatives to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and auditors, managing all communication and documentation requests.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in regulatory compliance, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulations, including but not limited to customs, trade, and transportation laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
- Experience managing regulatory audits and inspections.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
