Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Compliance Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai's real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of compliance within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape in real estate, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Oversight: Monitor, analyze, and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting the real estate industry in Dubai and the broader UAE market. Ensure that the organization's practices align with these regulations.

- Compliance Programs Development: Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies that promote a culture of compliance and mitigate risks. Ensure these programs are regularly updated to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.

- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to address them. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance risks are effectively managed.

- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels to enhance awareness of regulatory requirements and the importance of compliance in everyday operations.

- Audit and Monitoring: Lead internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop corrective action plans and follow up on implementation.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting compliance status, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.

- Project Management: Oversee compliance-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of compliance initiatives.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and risk management. Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably within the real estate sector.

- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations, including property development, leasing, and sales.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and training initiatives.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and regulatory requirements.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
