Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all regulatory requirements set forth by local and national healthcare authorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and guidelines in Abu Dhabi, as well as experience in developing and implementing compliance programs within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and interpret changes in healthcare regulations and guidelines in Abu Dhabi
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address deficiencies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and education to staff on compliance issues and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and coordinate responses to inquiries and audits
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
