Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Aide to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Rehabilitation Aide will work closely with our rehabilitation team to provide support and assistance to individuals undergoing rehabilitation for various injuries or disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of rehabilitation programs as directed by the rehabilitation team
- Monitor and record progress of individuals undergoing rehabilitation
- Provide physical assistance to individuals during therapy sessions
- Assist with transferring and positioning individuals as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation area
- Communicate effectively with individuals undergoing rehabilitation and their families
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation for individuals as needed
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals during their rehabilitation journey

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift and move individuals as needed
- Basic knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
