We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on agriculture. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing physical therapy and rehabilitation services to individuals in a farm setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with agricultural workers who have suffered from injuries or disabilities to help them regain strength and mobility
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans for each client based on their specific needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to clients during their rehabilitation sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate clients on proper techniques for preventing future injuries and maintaining their overall health and wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to coordinate care for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy or related field
- Valid certification as a Rehabilitation Technician
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in agriculture
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and the physical demands of farm work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
