We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Rehabilitation Technician in the financial services industry, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy and rehabilitation services to employees who have suffered injuries or disabilities that impact their ability to work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the extent of an employee's injury or disability
- Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans for each employee
- Providing hands-on physical therapy and rehabilitation services to employees
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating employees on proper techniques for managing their injuries or disabilities
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for employees
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of each employee's progress and treatment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
