We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Technician to join our team in Dubai, focusing on agricultural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy technologies, particularly in the context of agricultural settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain renewable energy systems such as solar panels, wind turbines, and bioenergy systems on agricultural farms
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues with existing renewable energy systems
- Collaborate with farmers and agricultural engineers to optimize energy production and efficiency on farms
- Monitor energy consumption and performance of renewable energy systems to ensure they are meeting the needs of the farm
- Stay up-to-date on the latest renewable energy technologies and trends in the agricultural sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with renewable energy systems, preferably in an agricultural setting
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with farmers and other stakeholders
