We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail and a passion for innovation and product development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the research and development team to drive innovation and new product development in the retail industry
- Conduct market research and identify trends to inform product development strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products in line with company objectives
- Manage the product development process from concept to commercialization
- Monitor and analyze product performance to make recommendations for improvements and refinements
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform R&D strategies
- Develop and manage budgets for research and development projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in research and development, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving innovation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
