We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our healthcare research team in Abu Dhabi. The Research Assistant will work closely with the research team to conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze data, and assist in the preparation of research reports and publications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize information from various sources
- Assist in the design and implementation of research studies
- Collect, organize, and analyze data using statistical software
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication
- Assist in the coordination of research projects and collaborate with other team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities and findings
- Attend research meetings, conferences, and seminars as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, healthcare management, epidemiology)
- Previous research experience in healthcare or a related field
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in a healthcare research setting
- Knowledge of research methodology and study design

This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in healthcare and make a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.
