We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant to join our education-based restaurant team in Dubai. The Restaurant Assistant will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, as well as provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and mentor restaurant staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interactions.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and special events or functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe, HACCP).
- Previous experience working in a leadership or supervisory role in a restaurant setting.
