We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Hostess Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As a Restaurant Hostess Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Hostess in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Assist in seating guests and managing reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist in coordinating with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Hostess or management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (under 8 years)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and reservation systems is a plus
