We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Hostess to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take reservations over the phone and in person
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with seating arrangements during busy times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations
- Must be fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
