We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Manage and lead a team of staff members to ensure high levels of customer service
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Monitor and control inventory levels and costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement new menu items

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems
