We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations of the restaurant
- Assist in managing and training staff members
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or issues
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
