We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
