We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
