We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the construction industry and a strong background in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
