We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Abu Dhabi, within the real estate sector. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a real estate setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
