We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, creating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment for staff
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service are consistently met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
