We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in restaurant management. This position is based in a manufacturing facility, overseeing the daily operations of the on-site restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to meet budget goals
- Work closely with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
