We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of customer service, and proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all staff members
- Train and mentor employees to provide exceptional service to customers
- Monitor and analyze financial data to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
