We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and program management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize restaurant performance and profitability
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants within our real estate portfolio
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to uphold high service standards and operational excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations and program management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurants in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
